I come from Social Psychology and customer experience research, so I naturally look for the "why" behind user behavior. I care about products that feel simple, useful, and emotionally clear — especially when the system underneath is complex.

How I turn research into products
Understand
Interviews, surveys, market research, behavioral context.
Synthesize
Patterns, personas, pain points, opportunity areas — with AI where it adds speed and clarity.
Design
Flows, wireframes, UI systems, prototypes.
Validate
Usability testing, analytics, feedback loops.
Improve
Iterations, dashboards, product recommendations.

The confident wrong answer
An AI confidently merged two opposite findings from my interviews. Flip between the two answers.
The default is the design
